We're calling 10 African creatives to join the Light Design Lab—a 3-month remote creative incubator, launching May 2025.

Light Design Lab is a 3-month creative and branding accelerator designed to nurture the next generation of design-forward, tech-savvy African creatives. This immersive lab focuses on storytelling, branding, AI, and social impact. Participants will work on real-world projects, gain hands-on mentorship, and potentially transition into full-time roles within the Light Design Factory team.

We are a global entity passionate about democratizing design, spotlighting African creativity, and using media and social impact to shape spaces and minds. From digital interiors to transformative content and community-led design projects, we believe in creativity that serves, uplifts, and inspires.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Create powerful, AI-driven content for various media outlets and social channels
Learn and experiment with the latest AI tools for graphics, video, sound, and story
Collaborate with creatives across Africa
Participate in exciting modules, with assignments that challenge you to grow
Generate dynamic stories using our brand personas
Be among the first cohort of creatives generating global content for the Light Design Lab, showcased on our global platform
